Job summary

The University of North Texas in Denton is seeking a licensed psychologist to join Counseling & Testing Services. You will provide outreach, individual, group, and crisis counseling as assigned and participate in supervision.

Required qualifications include a doctoral degree in a mental health field and full licensure in Texas; experience in college counseling and Titanium software is preferred. Work schedule is Mon-Fri with a 1.0 FTE.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in mental health related field (counseling, social work, psychology).
• Knowledge of professional counseling practices, policies, and procedures. Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Fully licensed as a psychologist in the state of Texas; prior college counseling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach, individual, group, and crisis counseling as assigned.
• Actively participates in administrative supervision and supervision as licensure status requires.
• Coordinate with campus partners to support student well-being and referrals.
