JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The College of Information Sciences and Technology seeks an Administrative Assistant, Intermediate Support. This position reports directly to the Dean’s Office Supervisor and is responsible for supporting the dean’s suite’s daily operations, providing high-level administrative, financial, and event support. Confidentiality is essential due to the sensitive nature of some issues handled in the dean’s office.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with executive-level office responsibilities and University faculty affairs guidelines and procedures. They should be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and working with guidance from the Dean’s Office Supervisor.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED or Vocational Training/Degree plus at least two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
