College of Hair Design (CHD) is seeking a friendly, organized, and dynamic Front Desk Associate. Join our team and become an essential part of our in-school clinic salon, where your role involves more than managing appointments — you will create memorable experiences for our guests.

As a Front Desk Associate, your responsibilities include:

• Managing guest check-in and check-out processes
• Scheduling reservations accurately and efficiently
• Facilitating retail sales and showcasing our top-quality beauty products
• Supporting our mission to provide an exceptional educational environment through seamless salon operations

We're Looking For:

• A welcoming personality with a passion for service excellence
• Availability for our evening shift, approximately 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting is a plus but not required
