Qualifications

• 18 graduate hours in mathematics required or equivalent
• Masters in mathematics preferred
• Verifiable prior teaching experience preferred
• Support NGU’s Christian mission and values; align with Baptist Faith & Message 2000 and University statements

Responsibilities

• Instruct classes as assigned (online or in-person)
• Prepare for classes and organize student material
• Develop lesson plans and course materials
• Present subject matter clearly and effectively
• Assess student performance and maintain grades/attendance
• Ensure FERPA compliance and confidential documentation
• Utilize Canvas LMS and Honorlock for assessments when applicable
• Meet deadlines for syllabi and grade submissions
• Travel to Tigerville campus for in-person courses
