Employment: Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt

Location: Houston, TX

Travel: 40-50%

Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 3,500 college campuses nationwide, it is one of the largest youth organizations in the country. Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on high school and college campuses.

Job Description: Turning Point USA seeks a highly skilled, professional, and motivated individual to support its national political field operation. The College Field Representative will work specifically with student groups and activists to launch and maintain chapters, organize campus activism initiatives, recruit new activists, assist with voter registration, and develop activist networks within their territory. Responsibilities include organizing recruitment data, outreach, representing the organization at events, promoting these events on social media, managing student activists, and developing new activism strategies. The role also involves community engagement through public speaking, networking, and organizing, embodying traits of humility, warrior spirit, and innovation to ensure chapter success and support the overall Field Program.
