4AM is a modern skincare brand seeking ambitious, creative, and highly organized interns to join this fall. You will gain hands-on experience at a rapidly growing consumer brand, helping brainstorm content ideas, plan social calendars, capture BTS content, and edit short-form video for TikTok and Instagram.

You will support content production days, assist with creator content management, research trends, and help prepare content for launches and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Passionate about skincare/beauty/consumer brands.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form content.
• Proficient with Instagram and TikTok.
• Familiar with CapCut or similar editing software.
• Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
• Previous internship or content creation experience required.
• College credit compensation.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorming content ideas and social concepts.
• Assisting with content planning and social calendars.
• Capturing behind-the-scenes content during shoots, meetings, and events.

• Helping identify trending sounds, formats, and cultural moments.
• Supporting community management by monitoring comments, DMs, and creator interactions.
• Assisting with creator content organization and UGC management.
• Researching creators, competitors, and social trends.
• Helping prepare content for product launches, partnerships, and retail moments.
• Supporting photoshoots and content production days.
• Organizing digital assets and maintaining content libraries.
• Capturing behind-the-scenes content during events and activation.
• Creating real-time social coverage for Stories and TikTok.
