Co-op Job Description

The Co-op will support a cross-functional team responsible for driving the success of Medicare sales and marketing channels. Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing sales and marketing data using tools such as BigQuery, Tableau, and Power BI to identify actionable trends and perform data quality audits
• Assisting with the integration of enterprise AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Google NotebookLM, to enhance business processes and improve efficiency
• Supporting process improvement initiatives through documentation, analysis, and project support
• Evaluating customer experience insights through call listening, AI-generated reporting, and CRM data to identify opportunities for improvement within the telesales channel
• Collaborating with team members to support strategic sales and marketing initiatives
