Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 21st Century Scholar enrollment and supervision.
• Plan and conduct 1:1 senior graduation meetings with students and parents.
• Facilitate college admissions and scholarship processes with Naviance and FAFSA.
• Organize college tours and exposure trips.
• Build external partnerships with community organizations.
• Monitor student progress and provide transcripts and credit guidance.
