Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in Organizational Leadership or Development, Education, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1+ years of Life/Career coaching or related leadership experience.
• 2+ years as an instructor or in a teaching role.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the established curriculum to students in an engaging and professional manner.
• Prepare for and instruct established and approved curriculum and lesson plans to students in a professional manner.
• Record student attendance and relevant student interactions in academic files within the database in a timely manner.
• Attend trainings to maintain currency in the field and continual improvement of teaching strategies.
• Work with the Director of Education to improve student outcomes and address issues as needed.
• Assist students with career preparation, including resume and interview skills.
• Create action plans with Career Services to support student success.
