Job summary

Young World Physical Education is seeking a College & Career Navigator at Hamlin Collegiate High School. This full-time position focuses on enhancing college, career, and military readiness for students in grades 9-12 through various support initiatives.

The Navigator will coordinate activities, assist students in exploring their postsecondary pathways, and work with stakeholders to facilitate internships, dual credit opportunities, and other resources aimed at improving student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate or school counselor certificate required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in education or workforce development.
• Experience developing partnerships with industry and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor college readiness initiatives.
• Coordinate college exploration activities and support services.
• Oversee readiness supports including tutoring and college application guidance.
