Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Three years’ coaching experience preferred at the college level.
• Playing experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and maintaining the appropriate number of student athletes.
• Fostering an environment that supports and encourages each student-athlete to graduate on time.
• Maintaining a competitive won/loss record and qualifying the team for tournaments.
• Developing and maintaining skill, discipline and integrity of the team during games and practice.
• Reporting scores and updating team pages and administration after each game.
• Adhering to NJCAA rules and college athletic policies.
• Attending athletic orientation and coaches council meetings.
• Travel with the team to road games and ensure backups per policy.
• Notify contacts if late for a game and submit expense reports.
• Read, acknowledge, sign, and follow NJCAA Coaching Principles and contracts.
