About the Vision

Because of that, the ceiling is high to build a thriving, healthy college ministry that reaches the lost, disciples and equips believers, and develops ministry leaders. Additionally, as the key staff leader over Crossroads’ Missions Ministry, this Pastor can build on a foundation of local, national, and global missions. The right leader will strategically develop new mission initiatives and foster partnerships to meet local needs, support North American church planters, and send teams across the world.

About the Church

Those who come to Crossroads immediately feel at home because of the friendly and welcoming culture. Over the past five years, Crossroads has experienced significant growth, navigated space needs, initiated a capital campaign, and is building a new Family Life Center, the first of several phases of campus development.
