Responsibilities

• Edit student drafts for grammar, clarity, structure, flow, and narrative coherence.
• Develop introspective personal narratives with students and refine essays for admissions.
• Provide detailed written feedback to strengthen depth and authenticity.
• Support multiple rounds of revisions to meet strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with consultants and editors on marketing materials and outreach.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for division initiatives.
