Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting (or related field) with major in accounting.
• At least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-09 level in federal service.
• Ph.D. in Accounting or 3 years of graduate education toward a Ph.D.
• Ability to develop syllabi, deliver lectures, and evaluate student progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide college-level instruction in accounting and related topics for SIPI students.
• Develop course syllabi, materials, labs and activities.
• Deliver engaging lectures and assess student progress against standards.
• Collaborate with faculty to meet accreditation requirements and maintain culturally relevant course content.
• Participate in postsecondary committees and contribute to program governance.
