Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruit 82 eligible high school students annually for the program.
• Design counseling curriculum for the six-week summer residential program.
• Hire, train, and supervise Resident Assistants and Counseling Assistants.
• Assist in designing a positive residential experience for participants.
• Assist with college admissions, scholarships, and financial aid guidance.
• Assist with planning six on-campus Saturday Academies.
