Job summary

This on-site role focuses on managing insurance accounts receivable, following up on outstanding claims, resolving claim issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement from third-party payors.

You will review EOBs, correct and resubmit denied claims, and coordinate with Financial Counselors and leadership to address reimbursement and eligibility concerns while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years hospital admissions, billing, collections, or accounts receivable experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities
