Qualifications

• Requires claims, billing, research, and collections experience.
• Requires experience navigating an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products.
• Requires excellent customer service, communication, listening and time management skills.
• Requires the ability to function with minimal supervision.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Working knowledge of billing software is preferred.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means.
