Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and follow up with insurers and patients to collect revenues
• Analyze denials and recommend process improvements to enhance collection rates and reduce bad debt
• Communicate effectively with franchise partners and other departments regarding the status of collections
• Document case activity and schedule follow-ups in required intervals to ensure accurate account management
• Investigate and verify benefits for pharmacy and medical third-party claims

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience required
• High School Diploma and additional specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and/or collections
• Minimum of 2 years experience in home infusion therapy
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous remote work experience
• Detail-oriented with post-billing and post-payment investigative experience
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and pharmacy applications
