Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Collections Specialist (Mortgage Servicing) for a direct-hire, permanent role in Buchanan, MI. This hybrid position splits onsite Tue-Thu and WFH Mon & Fri, with a Monday-Friday schedule 8:00-5:00.

You will manage delinquent mortgage and consumer loan accounts, engage members to discuss repayment options, and coordinate with loss mitigation and legal partners. Strong detail and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collections experience within a credit union, bank, mortgage servicer, or financial services organization.
• Experience managing delinquent mortgage accounts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications.
• Strong attention to detail in a regulated financial environment.

What You'll Do

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
