UnitedHealthcare’s UMR is seeking a Collections Representative to join our onsite team in Wausau, WI. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week on-site, with 8-hour shifts between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm CST, with occasional overtime.

This position is full-time on-site (40 hours/ week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. The office is located at 115 W Wausau Ave, Wausau, WI 54401.
We offer on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $18 - $32 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
