Job summary

Paramount in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a driven collections specialist to join our high-volume call center. You will mainly outbound-call consumers with past-due balances, while also handling inbound callbacks, averaging up to 200 calls per day, and following structured scripts for compliance.

Starting pay is $14 per hour with an opportunity to reach $15 per hour after tenure, plus performance-based incentives.

Qualifications
