As a Collections Operator in The Villages, Florida, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and operating the wastewater collection system that serves the community. In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, operation, maintenance, and repair of wastewater collection system infrastructure. You will help ensure regulatory compliance, system reliability, and exceptional service for our client and community stakeholders. You'll work alongside a dedicated operations team focused on protecting public health, supporting environmental stewardship, and providing reliable utility services to our clients and residents.

The base salary range for this position is $47,000.00 to $52,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
