This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Collections/Legal Coordinator to join the RJ Block Management Team. If you meet the requirements below and are passionate about managing collections and providing high-quality legal coordination, we strongly encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overdue accounts and implement collection strategies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and legal proceedings.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel on eviction processes and filings.
  • Communicated with tenants regarding payment arrangements and legal matters.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in collections or legal coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience working in property management is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
