Job summary

Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Collection Group Leader to join the Revenue Cycle Management team in Centennial, CO. You will lead daily AR collections, monitor denials, and ensure timely payments while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities include collaborating with collectors and management, analyzing denial trends, training staff, and improving procedures to optimize cash flow. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm in-office role.

Qualifications

• Must have healthcare- or medical-collections experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and managed care a plus.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail is required.
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily AR collections and denial management.
• Monitor aging and ensure denials are resolved within 7 days.
• Train and mentor Collection Specialists and staff.
• Collaborate with management to identify denial trends.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations.
