Job summary

Superior Auto is hiring a Collections Call Center Agent in Indianapolis. You’ll make timely outbound calls to help customers manage accounts and stay on track, delivering friendly, solutions-oriented service from our new North Indianapolis Call Center.

This on-site role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with alternating Saturdays, competitive pay plus monthly incentives, and solid benefits. If you communicate well and want growth, apply today.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Customer service or collections experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to work occasional pre-approved overtime based on call volume.

Responsibilities

• Make timely, professional outbound collections calls to customers for our store locations.
• Conduct welcome calls to new customers and help start their journey with Superior Auto.
• Support outreach projects such as delinquency prevention campaigns.
• Follow compliance scripts and communication standards for accuracy.
• Resolve complex account situations and escalate when needed.
• Provide courteous, customer-focused assistance to build trust.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and training.
