Job summary

The State Bar of Texas seeks an attorney to assist in creditor litigation representing financial institution clients in court, drafting pleadings and documents, and advising on legal matters. This in-person role is based in Dallas, Texas.You will handle settlement negotiations, represent clients in court, and take on other assigned tasks as needed. Job description

Our law firm is seeking an attorney to assist our firm with creditor litigation. You will represent financial institution clients in legal proceedings, draft legal pleadings and documents, advise clients on legal matters, handle settlement negotiations and take on other assigned tasks.
