Job summary

The State Bar of Texas seeks an attorney to assist in creditor litigation representing financial institution clients in court, drafting pleadings and documents, and advising on legal matters. This in-person role is based in Dallas, Texas.You will handle settlement negotiations, represent clients in court, and take on other assigned tasks as needed. A license to practice law in Texas is required, along with strong litigation skills and client communication.
