Stellantis Financial Services in Houston, TX is seeking a Collections Supervisor to oversee the team responsible for pursuing overdue auto loan payments. You will manage staff engaging with customers to resolve delinquencies and bring payments current efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities include directing the collection teams, implementing dialer strategies, and ensuring compliance with FDCPA and company policies while coaching staff to improve performance.
Position Summary:
Oversees and coordinates the activities of a team responsible for pursuing and collecting overdue payments on automobile loan accounts. This role involves managing staff who engage directly with customers to address and resolve delinquent accounts, ensuring that payments are brought up to date efficiently and professionally.
