Simmons Bank is seeking a Collection Specialist II to help maintain a healthy loan portfolio. You will contact delinquent customers, set up payment arrangements and settlements, and process payments. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with banking regulations.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in collections, solid communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems. Previous experience with Jack Henry is a plus.
