A major credit union is seeking a Collections Specialist who will contact members with delinquent accounts, assist in restoring good standing, and manage financial health. Responsibilities include handling calls, researching accounts, and achieving monthly goals. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and relevant experience in collections.

Mon - Fri: 8 AM - 5 PM (40 Hours)
What You'll Do
Summary/Objective:
Contact members with delinquent accounts and overdrawn shares facing financial difficulty to assist them in restoring their good standing with the Credit Union. Maintain the department's financial health by managing delinquency and charge-off ratios. Support fellow collectors in increasing their knowledge, negotiation skills, and making effective decisions.
