Job summary

RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Collections Specialist to maintain customer relationships, renew expired agreements, and prompt payment. You will work primarily from the office using phone and computer, with occasional field pickups and door hanger activities.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8:30 am–6:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am–3:30 pm, with one weekday off and Sundays off. The role offers competitive pay with bonuses, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Rental/collection experience or rent-to-own familiarity.
• Valid driver's license with clean history.
• Drug screen and background check clearance.
• Flexible schedule and work hours.
• Strong English communication; bilingual a plus.
• Proficient computer and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships primarily by phone/computer.
• Renew expired agreements and secure timely payments.
• Schedule voluntary product turn-ins and assist field pickups as needed.

RNR Tire Express is ready to hire a full-time Collection Specialist with great customer service skills. An average Collections Specialist makes $16.00 to $20.68 in total with the bonuses. THE DAY-TO-DAY

You can be found in the office Monday-Friday,8:30 am-6:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-3:30pm with one weekday off each week and Sundays off.

Each day, you arrive at the office ready to maintain our customer relationships. Most of your day is spent on the phone or on the computer. Looking over applications, you strive to recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements. You provide excellent customer service as you make phone calls to our customers regarding expired agreements as well as references on expired accounts. By actively listening, you assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment as necessary. You also schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise. We also go out into the field to pick up product and do door hangers.

Your patience and tact are essential in enhancing our relationships with our customers. When challenging opportunities arise, you handle them quickly all while providing top-notch customer service. Your ability to multitask while managing the pace of a call and keeping focused on the customer is essential to your success. This also allows you to meet weekly goals. Requirements

• Experience as a rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Can pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Professional communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus!)
• Strong computer and phone skills
