This is a casual position with the Solid Waste Collections Department. An employee allocated in this position ensures that refuse entering the collection center is acceptable and that sufficient area for disposal is continuously available, ensures that proper procedures are followed in disposal, and performs routine cleaning of the site.
Minimum qualifications include high school education or G.E.D. and one year’s experience in customer service work or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Minimum salary is $15.75 an hour.
