Job summary

SCRAM Systems is seeking a Drug Collections Supervisor to manage daily urine, oral fluid, hair, and breath alcohol testing operations. You will supervise collection staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain chain-of-custody integrity while leveraging FormFox and DISA systems.

You will lead training, manage scheduling, and resolve donor issues with professionalism. A strong emphasis on accuracy, privacy, and process improvement is required, with a competitive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, or business preferred.
• Experience with laboratory information systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate specimen collection staff; schedule shifts and conduct reviews.
• Ensure DOT and non-DOT urine, hair, and oral fluid collections comply with 49 CFR Part 40.
• Oversee chain-of-custody procedures to prevent tampering.
• Train new hires and maintain certifications (e.g., BAT, Screening Test Technician).
• Handle donor issues and disputes professionally.
• Monitor testing supplies inventory and lab information systems usage.
• Prepare operational logs, incident reports, and QA metrics.
