Job summary

Connection is seeking a Collection Analyst to support our Collections team in Merrimack, NH. You will work with customers and internal teams to resolve payment questions, processing held orders, and ensuring timely resolution while learning our finance processes.

You will manage a portfolio of 800–1,000 accounts, review shipments for fraud prevention, and contribute to weekly and monthly reports. This role values detail, clear communication, and a collaborative attitude as you help protect

Responsibilities

As a Collection Analyst, you will help maintain and support a portfolio of customer accounts while working toward timely resolution of routine collection questions, payment issues, and order holds. You will work under the guidance of the Supervisor of Collections and will have clear procedures, support, and opportunities to grow your knowledge over time.

• Work with customers and internal teams to help resolve payment application, pricing, tax, freight, return, and delinquency questions.

• Support a portfolio of approximately 800–1,000 customer accounts.
• Review and process held orders to help ensure timely order release.
• Request documentation from Account Managers, such as hard copy purchase orders, when needed.
• Review first-time shipping addresses and specific products to support fraud prevention efforts.
• Complete one assigned weekly or monthly department report.
• Participate in special projects and support team coverage as needed.
