Job summary

HedgeServ in the United States, Raleigh or Dallas, seeks a collateral management practitioner to join our growing team. You will handle margin calls, dispute resolutions, collateral settlements, and oversee cash management while collaborating with senior hedge fund personnel and contributing to internal development initiatives.

This hybrid role offers exposure to a fast-paced finance environment and opportunities to advance within a global specialist firm.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of internship/full-time experience in a financial services company.
• Analytical mind with strong numerical skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment with 100% accuracy.
• Proactive and able to lead initiatives and work independently.
• Self-motivated and a solid team player with client-service focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer skills with experience in Excel

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash management processes in addition to collateral management duties.
• Manage margin calls, dispute resolutions, and collateral settlements.
• Engage with senior hedge fund personnel to drive process improvements.
• Support internal development initiatives and cross-group collaboration
