Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a collateral monitoring professional to support transaction processing and client service. You will process and reconcile collateral and brokerage transactions, assess risks, and contribute to quality control in a high-volume environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to inquiries, and help optimize processes while ensuring compliance. Strong Excel skills and proactive problem solving are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in transaction research and ensuring accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing high-volume workflows with accuracy and adaptability.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and take ownership of complex tasks.
• Proficient in Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile collateral and brokerage transactions with medium to large impact.
• Respond to client inquiries via multiple channels to support service quality.
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex transactions; escalate issues when needed.
• Identify risks and opportunities for process improvements and post-processing quality reviews.
• Support high-volume periods and assist in complex cases to drive team results.
• Understand end-to-end process flow and upstream/downstream impacts.
