CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Collateral Specialist to support loan closings by handling original signed documents, scanning packages, and entering collateral data in the LOS system. The role requires strong knowledge of mortgage documents and proficiency with Encompass 360, Word and Excel.

The ideal candidate will work closely with processing, closing, and settlement teams, ensuring accuracy and timely processing while maintaining familiarity with residential mortgage documentation.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of mortgage loan documents.
• Knowledge of Ellie Mae Encompass 360, preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs.

Position Overview:

The Collateral Specialist is responsible for completing functions related to the closing of loan applications.
