Job Opportunity: Collateral Field Examiner

Location: Remote/Flexible | Type: Full-time

We are seeking experienced Collateral Field Examiners with 2–3 years of relevant ABL fieldwork experience who are either currently capable or on the cusp of running exams independently with minimal oversight.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing boutique financial due diligence firm. While your initial focus will be on asset-based lending (ABL) field examinations, you'll also gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of complementary disciplines, including:

• M&A Quality of Earnings (QOE) analysis
• Loan underwriting and portfolio reviews
• SBA 7(a) lending support and eligibility assessments
• Broader financial due diligence and consulting projects

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2–3 years of experience conducting ABL collateral field exams (bank or third-party firm)
• A strong understanding of borrowing base concepts, AR/inventory testing, and trend analysis
• The ability to work independently or with limited supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity and a desire to expand into broader financial advisory work
