Job summary

CityVet Lone Tree seeks a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to support high-quality medical care in a collaborative clinic. You’ll work with veterinarians to maximize patient care while handling technical tasks and communicating with clients.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age at the time of hire
• At least 1 year of veterinary industry experience and holds valid State License as Certified Veterinary Technician
• Understanding and ability to properly, and safely, restrain animals
• Knowledgeable on veterinary medical terminology and medication

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent patient care and operational productivity by helping the Veterinarian leverage their time and efforts to meet client needs
• Relieve the Veterinarian from technical work and administrative detail to achieve efficiency
• Facilitate and streamline communication from the operating room to front office staff and client
