Counseling Service of Addison County, Inc. seeks a dynamic Residential Manager for the Adult Mental Health Program in Vermont. You will lead the residential home, applying Open Dialogue and Trauma-Informed principles to foster recovery and growth for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services (or related field) or commensurate experience and training.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient with residents.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day management of the residential home.
• Create a supportive environment grounded in Open Dialogue and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Collaborate on individual support planning and ensure implementation.
• Provide direct supervision to residential staff.
• Schedule staff and substitute coverage.
• Coordinate medical care with the program nurse.
• Ensure licensing standards are met and well-documented.
