NorthSound Physical Therapy in Marysville, WA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing practice. You will work with a collaborative team to deliver high-quality care, support patient goals, and contribute to individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Washington.
• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physical therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs, medical history, and goals.
• Conduct exercises and therapeutic activities as prescribed by the physical therapist, focusing on improving patients’ range of motion, flexibility, strength, and endurance.
• Observe and evaluate patients’ progress during therapy sessions, documenting and reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising physical therapist.
• Collaborate with the physical therapy team to develop and modify treatment plans as necessary, based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
