Job summary

Tovli is seeking a Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary mental health team in a full-time, in-person role in Chattanooga, TN. You will conduct evaluations, manage medications, and provide therapy across diverse settings, collaborating with physicians and case managers.

Ideal candidates have strong EMR experience, competencies in psychopharmacology, and a background in dual diagnosis care, with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based treatment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with Psychiatry specialty and board certification.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and telemedicine delivery.
• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and CPT coding for billing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive mental health assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including meds and therapy.
• Administer psychotropic medications with monitoring for side effects.
• Collaborate with care teams across inpatient, outpatient, telehealth, and community settings.
• Educate patients on mental health conditions, adherence, and coping strategies.
• Document encounters in EMR and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Contribute to quality improvement and NCQA-aligned initiatives.
