CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks an Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician in Indiana to join a busy, physician-led network with a supportive team. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered, evidence-based outpatient care with a modern AthenaHealth EMR and minimal call.

The candidate will manage 18–21 patients daily, collaborate with two other physicians and a nurse practitioner, and mentor medical students from nearby universities. Indiana licensure is required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Indiana medical licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a panel of 18–21 patients daily.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner.
• Mentor medical students from local universities.
• Provide evidence-based outpatient care.
• Maintain minimal call responsibilities for work-life balance.
