Job summary

Allina Health in Minnesota is seeking a board-certified Otolaryngologist to join a respected ENT and Audiology team in the Twin Cities area. You will provide comprehensive adult and pediatric ENT care with strong clinical support and a built-in referral network.

The role offers a collaborative environment, extensive APP support, a robust call rotation, and access to leading ENT tools within an integrated EPIC EMR system. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or foreign medical degree from an approved medical school is required.
• Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Otolaryngology residency is required.
• Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice upon hire and ACLS/BLS Tier 3 within 180 days.
• Physical demands include medium work with lifting up to 32 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to head and neck disorders affecting ears, nose, throat, and related systems.
• Deliver care in ambulatory and inpatient settings; surgeries at outpatient centers or hospitals as needed.
• Hospital call rotation with ENT partners; collaborate with RNs, MAs, APPs, and audiologists.
