Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review project documents and reports to prepare estimates.
• Prepare project-specific estimates and general conditions.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs.
• Develop scopes of work for bidding subcontractors.
• Develop qualifications for owner submissions (RFPs or bids).
