Qualifications

• Admission to practice before Michigan district and circuit courts is required.
• Strong academic credentials and 3-5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage general civil cases from intake through resolution.
• Participate in team reviews and strategy discussions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and assist in litigation strategy.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and meet billing expectations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
