Collaborating / Supervising Physician for Advanced Practice Providers (West Coast)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Collaborating / Supervising Physician for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join our team on the West Coast.

Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and support to our team of APPs.
  • Review and co-sign patient charts as required by state regulations.
  • Provide input on clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the clinical team to ensure a high standard of care.
  • Participate in regular meetings with APPs to provide feedback and guidance.
  • Remain up-to-date with relevant medical knowledge and advancements in the field of psychiatry.
Qualifications
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to provide high-quality, accessible patient care.
  • Commitment to an organizational culture that recognizes the humanity and dignity of our patients and staff.
  • Team player, open to learning and adopting evidence-based strategies in the management of our patients.
  • A valid medical license in any of the following states: Oklahoma, Missouri, Arizona, and Arkansas.
  • Experience in psychiatry.
