Sprinter Health is building at‑home clinical services by connecting patients with mobile healthcare professionals. We are seeking a Collaborating Physician to provide clinical oversight and mentorship to a Virtual Nurse Practitioner, ensuring telemedicine care meets high standards.

This role focuses on regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and educational leadership to uphold patient-centered care across our telehealth operations in CA and beyond.

Qualifications

• MD or DO licensed in California.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in California.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with supervisory or collaborative role.
• Experience with telemedicine and remote patient monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and support to a Virtual Nurse Practitioner in CA, ensuring high‑quality patient care including monthly 1:1 check‑ins.
• Review medical records as required by state regulations and Sprinter Health policies.
• Ensure compliance with evidence‑based clinical guidelines and protocols tailored to telemedicine; participate in case reviews and quality initiatives.
• Ensure all clinical activities comply with state and federal telemedicine regulations.
• Carry out other responsibilities as necessary to adapt to changing business requirements.
