Job summary

DirectShifts seeks a Mississippi-licensed Physician (MD/DO) to collaborate with a Nurse Practitioner at an established aesthetics practice in Mississippi. The role emphasizes teamwork and high-quality patient care across cosmetic and medical services.

The physician will conduct monthly chart reviews, participate in quarterly meetings (Zoom acceptable), and provide clinical supervision as required under Mississippi collaborative practice regulations, while supporting NPs in compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Mississippi MD or DO license.
• Eligible to serve as a collaborating physician under Mississippi law.
• Interest or experience in aesthetics, family medicine, internal medicine, preventive medicine, or related field.
• Collaborative and responsive communication style.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly chart reviews.
