Job summary

OnSite Medical Solutions LLC is seeking Collaborating Physicians and Medical Directors to provide high-level medical care across ALF, ILF, SNF, and home settings. Candidates should be licensed MD/DO in SC and/or NC with DEA registration and a collaborative approach with NPs.

The role offers a flexible schedule and remote collaboration with Nurse Practitioners, with on-site rounds at facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Round at assigned facilities
• Work closely and collaboratively with the OnSite team, nursing home staff, residents, and families
• Active MD or DO License in South Carolina and/or North Carolina
• DEA registration
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Strong, ambitious, patient-centric work ethic
• Collaborate remotely with Nurse Practitioners
• Monday - Friday visiting schedule with flexibility for Medical Directors
• No in-person requirement for Collaborating Only Physicians
