Job Description

We are seeking an Older Toddler/Young Preschool Early Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience as a Preschool Teacher. Eligible teachers will be offered the opportunity to be sponsored for TEACH MIAEYC, which will allow you to earn a Bachelor's Degree in an Early Childhood related field.

Our Lead Teachers:
  1. Creates, plans, and maintains fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.
  2. Ensures the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
  3. Communicates and leads Assistant Teachers in classroom duties and children's needs and development.
  4. Participates in ongoing training, meetings, and conferences.

We are looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of the precious children in our care as we are. We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:

  • Experience leading assistants and creating educational lesson plans
  • High School Diploma
  • Some College Courses
  • Enjoy teaching outdoors

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:
  • High school or equivalent required
  • CDA
